2009 Comtronics met the national and rigorous requirements of the Certified Service Center program to ensure a higher code of conduct towards consumer confidence such as certified management and technicians, consumer protection programs, and quality assurance plans.

2006 Supplied and installed a 7-site simulcast P25 system for the Franklin Regional Council of Governments. It includes 11-standalone repeaters with 1,000 portable/mobile radios utilized by Police, Fire and First Responders countywide.
2008 Built Berkshire County Simulcast System for interoperability within the County & Region.
